So I was in the running for this job that I really wanted, and I found out this morning that I didn't get it. And I don't know what to do now, because I basically waited the last six months for this job, and it's not like I thought for sure that I'd get it, but I kind of thought I might. And I cried, which is just stupid because at the end of the day, it's nothing. So anyway, that's where I'm at right now.

Wow Waynette. Sorry for that disappointment. I have been in the same place when a guy got the job I really wanted because he was a guy of course. GRRRR. But, now the waiting is over and you will be able to open up your mind to other possibilities. Hopefuly in a few days you will feel a weight is gone.
Karma, girlfriend - you didn't get it because there's something better waiting just for you. I know that doesn't help right now, but that's why.. I promise. You'll end up where you're supposed to be!
Waynette, the perfect job for you is out there. Losing this one just makes the path to the right one a little closer! (Remember, I'm the wanna-be-cheerful one!)

I hope things are looking brighter Waynette. I know it's no fun now but things really do happen for a reason. You were just too good for that job, that's all :) Hang in there.....
